Your output log indicates you're still on the previous build. We've since rectified this issue in Patch 1.4.2f8 so please give that a go and let us know how you get on!

Usually this occurs when the CoherentUI process which is a set of UI Middleware which renders the UI is being starved of resources, be it CPU time or RAM, but can also struggle if the GPU isn't keeping up.


Some things to try:


  • Increasing the CPU Priority of CoherentUI_Host Process
  • Closing other non-WFTO applications
  • Turning WFTO Graphics settings down

Give all those a go and let us know how you get on. If you could include an output_log from a session where you're suffering from this issue that'd be great as well.

While I've got a moment to pop on, we definitely want to look into this further so a good thing for you to do now is to give this article a read: How to: Submit a Bug Ticket


Have a read through and think what extra details you can include. In particular the very least we'll want in addition to the awesome save you included is an output log from when the error occured and your system specs.

Tagging this for review when we're back at work next week.

That's great to hear Vexual, we actually made some fixes that seemed entirely unrelated but perhaps they've had a knock on effect for you guys as well. If anyone else sees improvement please let us know! :)
