Alright thanks, the problem is that you have locally duplicate maps, and the game seems to get confused which map need to be updated.
The minimap preview is correct, I downloaded your map and it match the workshop minimap preview.
So I'll fix the potential duplicates problem =)
Hum, so maybe try again your C13 save file, hopefully it should work now =)
