this is indeed an odd issue, but by now you are the second person to have that.


since you will most likely have restarted your game in between your output log will not show the issue anymore. (if you actually did not restart the game, feel free to update it though.)


i still need some more informations on what happened before this issue happened:

- how many levels did you play in this session prior to level 9

- did you use save and load in or prior to level 9

can you please check if a crash_log was generated also please upload your output_log as well.

the crash_log can be found in a folder with the date it crashed, the output log is in the WFTOGame_Data folder and is overwritten after each start.


please also tell me if you have a integrated GPU and which resolution you set for the game.

the thing is we actually do not support the Resolution you used, im fascinated that it does work on your end at all.

Hello Grief

After the original release we added a lot of texts, we have since then used Google translate strings to make a makeshift translation.


Im german, its the same for our language, and im pretty much aware of how bad it is. Currently the plans for HoG and patch 1.4 are a professional german and french translation to update the existing texts,so no russian sorry.


personally i was not happy with the "professional" translation of my language either and the community organised an initiative to make community translations.

can you please provide some more information?


are you playing in windowed or full screen mode, which resolution are your using, whats your Hardware?


as this is a OSX issue i will ask one of my team who actually uses OSX to investigate, it may take a bit though.

thats really odd, its the first LAN only issue we have encounetred so far.

due to your answer is it working now or are specific maps still not working on your end?


can you also please upload the logs from your gf and her PC specs?


also since you tried multiple times please describe what happened in the output log (as it gets overwritten every time you start the game) in your case it would be most important if you were the host or the client for said output log.


also please double check your anti-virus software and firewalls, if those somehow block your connection.
