The output_log usually contains all errors happened during a session so it can be very helpful in finding a cause for an isssue.

Thanks in advance for giving us an update in case you encounter it again.

I also just loaded your home realm save and it was fine for me.

So I can not reproduce how it failed.
Is it now permanently fixed for you or does it happen again?

Please let us know if it happens again and if so please save your output_log and upload it here before starting the game again (get's overwritten each game start), so we can see if there was any particular eror causing the problem.

Here is described how to do that http://brightrockgames.userecho.com/topics/118-how-to-submit-a-bug-ticket/

Cheers

Interestingly the minimap does not show the painting of camera frustrum which means the camara must have ended up in a weird place.

Hello Anadinolin,

the current public version of the game has a bug, which causes units which die by other causes than an enemy attack to not be removed from the minimap.
We fixed ths issue internally and a new minor patch is already on it's way.
But it is worrying that these prisoners died actually, because they shouldn't while they are in the prison.

Do you have any idea how this could have possibly happened?

Ah yes, this is only because this low resultion is not supported by the game and it will fallback to the native resolution you set in windows.

The minumum value which works is 1024 x 768, if you change it to this or higher your change should apply.

Hope this helps!

Hello Marshalty,
your log contains an networking error related to Unity's Mono version which is missing certificates.

We implemented a workaround to avoid this problem, but we are not 100% sure if this was the cause of your freezes.

We are soon releasing a minor patch v1.6.5.

Could you let us know if the problem persists after you are updated?

Thank you!

English:
The Options.ini file is a relict from an old version of the game and not relevant anymore and can be deleted.
The correct file to edit is Options.txt ending with .txt

This file stores all game settings and changes done on this file will apply to the game when it is loaded.

Hope this helps!

Deutsch:

We found a workaround for this issue, but still like to receive a proper fix from GOG.

But anyway we will release a hotfix for this issue soon.

Stay tuned!

Hello Dudgeon Kipper (funny name btw ;),

we support cross match making between Steam and GOG users.

To make this possible the game includes a GOG library included in the Steam version (and visa versa on the GOG version).

This GOG library seems to have a missing dependency on some users systems which is present and works correct on most systems unlike yours.

We are trying to find out right now which dependency is missing and will ask then GOG support about so we can distribute it automatically with the game.

See here: http://brightrockgames.userecho.com/topics/2870-game-stuck-on-loading-screen/

If you would like to help us in finding the cause please run dependency walker as well like described in the linked thread.

This will allow us to see if you both have the same missing dependency or if there can be multiple.

Edit: I forgot that you are OSX user, but there exists an OSX version for dependency walker if you like to give it a shot.

Tomorrow we have an online appointment with a GOG dev to solve this problem hopefully for everyone.

If we can not find a solution quickly we are leaning to temporary remove the cross match making feature in a hotfix until the problem is fully resolved.

Hope this explains everything a bit?

Cheers

Hello Marshall,

we fixed a very related problem recently which allowed to do that by pressing page down or with dragging the middle mouse button to the side.

Things like this are possible because we use a user interface which is html5 based and it behaves similar to the google chrome webbrowser.

Now this sounds like there is another way to move the content to the side with any other key combo.

Did you pressed any specific key or dragged with the mouse while this happened?

At least theoretically there should be a clear way to reproduce this behaviour as early you are aware what exactly to press.

If you have any idea what that could be, it would be helpful to narrow it down.

Cheers
