It's now long ago since this was reported, but the log looks like it is failing to even find the installation folder
"DirectoryNotFoundException: Directory 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\workshop\content\230190\580198850' not found."
Did you move steam from one drive to another?
If so reinstalling should fix it. Right now the installation points to a non existing folder.

This issue will be fixed.
The floodfill to find the same terrain will not be allowed to spread through the map border.
