Mandalf will reappear after his corpse disappear. It might take a minute for his corpse to disappear. If he really does not after 2/3min, I would need a save file to verify what is going wrong = )

You explain many different replication scenario. I believe I fixed one way, I can't really remember which. Can you split your ticket into different ticket with a single way to replicate ?

I'm afraid it was disabled on purpose for balancing reasons : ) I have now removed his disabled ability so it won't appear anymore.
