I did find a workaround.  If I load a custom campaign map from the Scenario Lobby, and after playing the map, and exiting, the Custom Campaign Lobby seems to reappear.

I just found this issue on a user map.  Workers are gathering gold, and several come to the vault, and stay in one position, and the gold just keeps dropping, without creating  a pile on the tile, and the workers seem to be stuck in place, unless I grab them and move them away.

I don't think so, since I dropped them about 10 seconds before the wave in the screen shot spawned

This screen shot occurred immediately after I dropped a number of spirit workers near the artifact, just before the next wave appeared. The workers did have time to recover the artifact before being scared off screen shot1.jpg

I have no similar issues elsewhere in the game, only in Crucible mode. I was able last time I played to get to wave 80, even though I wasn't getting all the artifacts. If I can, I'll try the game again to get a screen shot.

The issue was that once I had destroyed all the inhibitors, saved the game, and reentered--all except the last one destroyed reappeared in the game. The last time I played the level, the same things occurred, but I got the achievement anyway upon the level's completion.
