Regarding the issue that the achievement doesn't pop up when getting 5 stars after completing the challenge in Chapter 2, as well as some bugs in the game.

Chapter 2: Burninig Moon - challenge mode completed but the achievement not awarded.

Secondly, there will also be a bug where the character gets stuck. No matter what you do, it doesn't work, and even kicking the character out of the hospital doesn't help.

Hello.

I achieved 5-star hospital rating in challenge mode in all the chapters lately.

But the achievement 'Mutiplatinum Medicine：achieve a 5-star hospital rating in challenge mode in chapter 2: Burning Moon. ' in my Steam is not completed which I don't know why.

I did a 5-star again, but it still didn't work. I was wondering Since I've already completed this Challenge 2 times in the game. Can u make the achievement complete in my Steam? Then I can buy the new DLC and continue to enjoy it.

Achievements not unlocking

Chapter 2: Burninig Moon - challenge mode completed but the achievement not awarded. Other achievements awarded.

Steam achievement: 5 stars challenging mode in Chapter 2

I played the Chapter2: Burning Moon in challenging mode, got the ingame rewards for 5 stars, but the Steam achievement (Multiplatinum Medicine) didn't trigger. Also the Steam achievement global statistic is 0%, so I guess nobody can trigger this one (and probably 3 other which also 0% on Steam)

Hey naikulu! Sorry to hear you're having issues with this!

I'll let the team know. In the meantime could you please send over a debug file in addition to your player log? Debug files provide critical information that may help us identify and fix issues that you report to us. In most cases we will ask you to provide these key files

These files contain:

  • A Save Game made at the moment the command is inputted
  • Your 3 most recent autosaves
  • Your progression data (The Player Profile)
  • A log file containing outputs from the game's debug tools
  • A screenshot taken of the state of the game when the input is given

All data is anonymised.

Step by Step

While the game is running, and as recent to the issue as possible (ideally with it currently ongoing)

  1. Pause the Game
  2. Input Ctrl + Shift + F7, this will generate your debug files
  3. Locate your Debug .zip Files, these will be located at:
    1. C:\Users\{User Name}\AppData\LocalLow\Brightrock Games\Galacticare
    2. Your debug files will be in zip file named "Galacticare Debug Save" plus the time and date the files were generated

Please note that generating these files can take up to a minute depending on your machine's hardware.

我也遇到这个问题了，真是逼死强迫症，挑战模式没出之前，“击溃诡谋”那个成就也是卡了很久才解决，原本这次通完挑战模式还要买下新DLC继续连着玩呢，出了这个问题只想再观望一会儿了。。。
