Game is frequently crashing within 10 minutes of opening the game.
This has been occurring since the update to 1.0.4. I really would like to play, but I'm unable to get anything done with crashes after one or two actions in my hospital. Hoping that you can help. Attaching the crash logs mentioned in the KB article: https://support.brightrockgames.com/knowledge-bases/21/articles/8454-how-to-locate-crash-logs. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game, after rebooting and verifying file integrity failed to have an effect. I also updated my video drivers and windows update.

I am really sorry Brie that you are still experiencing problems. Our team probably will do everything they can to fix that problem but if you would still go ahead with the refund, and you bought the game on Steam, please write to their Support and explain to them what is happening and provide the link to this thread and I am sure they will be understanding.
