You select the difficulty in the skirmish menu. If she's set to hard this should be awarded.


I'll pass this through for review but it might be worth doing again yourself just to confirm it was on hard.

Worker priorities are meant to heavily be in favour of tile claiming and don't change on a level-by-level basis, however they will continue a task they had already started (or have been assigned to) and provide diminishing returns over distance from the potential task. There's a lot of variables at work in worker priority so it'd be super useful to see an example of the issue.


You could also try using the Worker Rally ability to prioritize particular tasks within an area.

Sorry to hear about the crashes you're suffering from.


In order to investigate this further we'll need an output log from an affected session. An output log is always generated while the game is running and you can find the location of it here: How to: Submit a Bug Ticket


Can you confirm what kind of crash you experience. Is it a hard crash straight to desktop with no error messages or a "stopped responding" message? 


I'm afraid I'm not familiar with the names of the characters provided, it's possible that these are localized names. Which level are you trying to save when this issue occurs?


As soon as we have these answers and files we'll try to look what we can see.

This is currently working as intended. :)


Workers are handed the task to retrieve artefacts if they are visible to the player. This is by design and was changed from a previous design where they would only correct artefacts on your territory.
