game doesn't react to my input

when I launch the game, it starts instantly with this screen:


I can move the cursor-hand but nothing else is possible. Sound is playing, fire is moving. But I can't do anything.


I would send you a full output log, but I don't want to attach it in a public forum. ;)

this is something from it:

Hi there Raw,


Sorry to hear about your issue with the game. We see this ocassionally with Coherent and we have a couple of simple workarounds for you to try first. Missing, Invisible or Laggy UI Give that article a read and let us know how you get on.


With regards to your output log there should be nothing in there that would be any issue to upload to a public forum but if you like you can submit a private ticket via the General Help & Support Help Desk do that if the solutions in the arcticle don't help.
