On Chapter 3 The train mission one of "The voice" Patients has bugged out.

I have a single patient left and I cannot click on him or anything. He doesn't show up in my patients, whether I click on the tooltip on the right  or go through my patients tab on the left. He isn't in my past patients either. I can see him but when I click on him the ui that usually pops up dissappears instantly. The patient walks around my hospital but doesn't get any kind of treatment and I cant place him anywhere. I think my version is too old for the debug command sadly.  I will post my entire Brightrock folder. Please let me know what else I can do to help! I love this game and I'm sad I can't progress this mission. Brightrock Games zip.zip

If theres a way I can just go back a few save games that would probably fix it. He just walks around and buys stuff but doesnt get treatment and I've tried dragging him to every treatment place.
