GOG - "Weird" bug with new achievements

Greetings,

I would like to report a very strange and unusual bug/behaviour regarding the latest achievements on GOG.

For some reason, after completing the first 4 missions in challenge mode, I only unlocked two achievements for them.
I've got achievements for the 1st and 3rd missions, but not for the 2nd and 4th.

When I didn't get anything after the 2nd mission, I tried replaying the whole mission, reinstalling the game, clearing the galaxy cache and nothing.
I continued with the 3rd mission, got the achievements without any problems, but after the 4th mission and again getting nothing, I decided to report this strange behaviour.

Attached are the debug files from mission 4, and separately the player log after mission 3, for comparison.
Personally, I didn't find anything strange in the logs.
