Lag Spikes on Menu & In-Game Post-Challenge Patch

Ever since the patch, both my fiance and I (separate PCs) report lag spikes  / freezes every few seconds in the menu and in-game.  We've tried verifying files and resetting options menu settings.  I received a press key a week ago.  Pre-patch, everything ran great.

I also included a pic of what it does in the menu and when loading a level. It hangs for a bit (5-10 seconds) and the window goes white like the game is about to crash but it eventually loads. It never did that before either.

Is there a chance you could send us your Debug file so we can look into this further? It would help to see if this is something that can be replicated by the team. I will link the steps on how to generate the files here.

Thanks Vince! We've reviewed the bug report including the save you were last playing and can't see any obvious issues sadly. Would it be possible to record a short video of the stuttering?It might help us understand exactly where and how it might happen.

When it's just the people moving around it's relatively smooth, but when I click on something or a new UI window appears it'll sometimes skip.  Notice the reward animates skipping, for example.  It's not game-breaking but annoying to deal with as it causes a lot of jerkiness and miss-clicks.

The game was more smooth pre-patch, so something is off.  My fiance' (same house, different PC) reported the same issue.  I'll see if i can get her to record footage as well.

In my review (pre-patch), note how smooth the reward animation is around 5:50.
