So many patients are stuck and cannot leave platform, hurting my throughput because no ship is arriving
I am on world 2, trying to get my 5 star. I noticed a that my throughput went slowly downhill and later found out that 1 platform is not receiving any ships, causing all healed patients to be stuck.

Hi there! I am sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your patients being stuck. Could you please provide me with some debug files required for our team to investigate the issue? You can find instructions on how to generate them HERE.
Please note that the files have to be generated on the same save file the issue has occurred.
