Chapter 3: Objectives not progressing (Treat Passengers 13/13 completed; yet no progress on The Lost Hypersleeper)

Hi, I’ve got 13 out of 13 passengers treated according to the objective tracker. The objective never completes, however. I can’t locate any objective patients anywhere in the hospital. Restarting the game or waiting an hour does not make it progress either. Please advice. Attaching the most recent game save.

I reset the level and ran into the same problem again.

I reset again, and on the third attempt, the objective completed. I have no idea what I did differently the third time.
