Toxin HQ - No details in Recruitment list - Xbox series x

Playing on Xbox Series X, just started Toxin HQ sandbox and went to hire staff. Instead of the usual picture, name, expertise, traits, etc, I see “Placeholder Text” for name, lightbulb graphic for expertise, and nothing else really. When I go to a “Hire” button, it shows additional details like the name. Once I hire them I see their details. Not sure where to attach pictures but I’ll try to comment them.

Hey Becca, thank you so much for your patience! I just received information that the issue you have raised will be fixed in the upcoming patch for the game so make sure to download it as soon as it hits the live servers.

Hi Dominick - I don’t see any new updates for the game on Xbox Series X. I went to the regular place where new updates show for all games, and also went into Galacticare specifically and had it check for updates there. I still see Version 1.0.23.0 as the latest. I definitely remember it updating last week before playing though. In my game, I do see the “Skip Story” option in the Game Settings that was mentioned in your Reddit update notes, so I may have the newest version?

I tried starting Chapter 8 hoping it wouldn’t have the same issue but it did. Completely restarting my Xbox fixed the issue for both levels. Before the issue happened I was going back and getting 5 stars on other sandboxes, so I had just completed Blockchain Terminus before starting Toxin HQ.
