Treatment canister does not leave hospital after treatment is complete in Chapter 10, unable to comple objective because of that

I have 1 Treatment canister not leaving hospital after treatment is complete in Chapter 10, because of that I can't complete the objective and the mission is stuck. I'm near the end of the mission and would rather not have to restart because of this.
