Doctor traits expanded details?

Would it be possible in a future update if we could see rough if not accurate details of what both negative and positive traits do?

Like how much increased reputation gain,

How much credits embezzlers take (fixed or percentage based) the only one that gives us details is the red and green clock one +/- 4 seconds to treatments.

Can traits get the room upgrade treatment of exact numbers potentially?
