Poor Charles Barryborough Can't Leave Bokeh Waystation

Bokeh Waystation has been giving me so many problems. Finally fixed the other bug with no one moving after removing the loamgates. I've done the Charles Barryborough mission about 50 times in this 3 hour playthrough though. Probably because he's been trying to leave since I got him on the first mission. Lol. He's been here for hours, but thankfully his needs aren't going down. Just doing his thing burping in everyone's faces while blocking the corridor right before the shuttles.
