Xil Relationship

Correct me if I am wrong but there does not seem to be a repeatable Xil mission for Sandbox, making it very difficult to build relationship with that particular race outside of constantly redoing One Species' Trash and praying for Xil patients to show up for you to treat. Either that or its never shown up for me in the 80+ hours I've played.
