Glitches after update

A couple of bugs I have to report. After the update, in the chapter 7 sandbox the patients and medibots just started to freeze up. Some even made jerking movements. Their needs and health still went down. In chapter 8, sometimes some dialogue text will repeat itself, and even in the background of other dialogue. Finally, the button for the loam shop isn't working for some reason in chapter 8

Hey guys! I am sorry you are having problems with the game after the update. Could you please provide me with some debug files required for our team to investigate the issue? You can find instructions on how to generate them HERE.

Please note that the files have to be generated on the same save file the issue has occurred. Also, if you could record a short video showing the problem, I would appreciate that!

I have had the same problems on Xbox Game Pass. All levels in sandbox, the patients seem to be frozen in place. Sometimes 8 of them get stuck on a transporter pad. Only seems to have happened since the update (it updated itself last night).
