Chapter 4 - Hopes and Dreams canister stuck after completion.

Unfortunately the last canister I needed to have the vegetable at its biggest size possible is stuck after completion of the treatment. i have tried to get out of the chapter and back in, close the game and enter, restart the console, add it and remove it from priority, teleport it and even reject it but it is still stuck and simply running around complete, but idle and could not get the achievement, it's being there for more than 30 minutos now.
