Rating dropping once in sandbox

On both chapter 4 and the sandbox level before it I am unable to reach 5 stars. On chapter 4 I reached sandbox with 4.9 and had to stop once it reached 4.1. Attached you will find the pictures of my stats upon reaching 4.1. I see no reason I should not have reached 5 stars. Also according to the congestion map there is no congestion it just keeps being a complaint. And every room is upgraded and yet the Tenki only say 82% upgraded. In the purely sandbox level congestion also seemed to be the main issue despite there being none. (Side note I also cannot complete the treatment of jema on chapter 4 sandbox as one of the canisters, despite being fully treated, refuses to return to the ship.) I really enjoy this game but this bug is really frustrating me. Stats

Hi mhairih22, I know it must be super frustrating to not be able to reach the 5 stars. Thank you for letting us know about this issue in Chapter 4 and the preceding Sandbox level.  As it seems to be persisting in your current save to a degree, could you please send us a copy of the debug files? Here is how to generate them. This way, the team will be able to check directly what is going on. If it is not possible though - for example if you are playing on console, please let me know! We will see what can be done.

Thank you for replying so fast! Unfortunately I am playing on xbox. If there is any other way to figure out I'm willing to do anything. As I said I do enjoy the game it's right up my alley for a cozy game and I love the characters you've created.
