Twitch Integration - Duplicate Doctor names and repeating same Doctor Hires

When using Twitch Integration the same Sub name is being used multiple times on the Hiring list.   After hiring said doctor with that sub user.  He reappears again for hiring in the doctors list.  

And subs reappearing as patients while also being a doctor of that same name.  Patients having the same viewer name in the hospital at the same time.

Hey Ron! I am sorry to hear you are experiencing some problems with the Twitch integration feature. To investigate the issue, we need you to provide us with certain game files - Instructions on generating the files can be found HERE. Please note that the files must be generated from the same session the bug has occurred.
Additionally, if possible, could you record a short video showing the problem? It even may be a Twitch VOD.
