Infinite money glitch

On the parasite map, I happens to pause the game at the moment when the canister loading was finished and a green hearth crossed with a line keeps spaming above its head, continously swapping between fully treated and needs treating, the text keeps swapping to IN PAUSE, and my money is going up and up forever in pause.

For us to investigate the issue, we need you to provide us with certain game files - Instructions on how to generate the files can be found HERE. Please note that the files need to be generated from the same session the bug has occurred.

Also, I would love it if you could record a short video showing the glitch.
