"Eureka" explanation missing

Hello,

this is solely about text-clarification for "Eureka."

Many people, due to questions on the discord popping up, and myself wondering on playthrough, wondered what a Eureka actually does.

The implication is of course positive, but the game gives no information on what exactly. It only says that the "chance is doubled"

The explanation on the discord included things like "doubles all rewards, quick treatment, restores a good chunk of the patient's health."

That is a lot of stuff. Please add it to the mouseover tooltip in appropriate fashion. And of course if there is more as well.
