Treatment canisters from an objective stuck after objective completion

I'm in chapter 4: Big Farma. I completed the main objectives, but I have four canisters remaining in my hospital from that which won't clear.

Hey Nicky! I am sorry to hear you are experiencing problems with canisters not being cleaned. Could you please provide us with game files so we have better insight into the problem? You can find instructions on how to generate the files we need HERE.

Hi Nicky! Super sorry about that, could you please try this link instead? This one should work better, but please let me know if there are any issues. 

Just in case though, the instructions are:

  1. Pause the Game
  2. Input Ctrl + Shift + F7, this will generate your debug files
  3. Locate your Debug .zip Files, these will be located at:
    1. C:\Users\{User Name}\AppData\LocalLow\Brightrock Games\Galacticare
    2. Your debug files will be in zip file named "Galacticare Debug Save" plus the time and date the files were generated

I checked the problem is still occurring at the time I made the debug save file (though I was able to 5* the level and move on in the meantime, so I don't need the fix myself -- I don't think I've got anything left to go back for in that level).

Hi. I am having exactly the same issue. I accidentally launched the shuttle that should have taken the "hope and dreams" canisters from the station without making sure that they'd all been shipped. So now I am sitting with four treated mission canisters that I can't get rid of.

It'd be nice if you'd include some kind of check for if this has happened to the player, and if so let the affected canisters leave on the next shuttle from the station.

I've attached a save file. Having a blast with the game so far.
