Chapter 3 transport tycoon

Patients are treated and locked in my hospital due to trains not spawning to allow them exits. Attempts to save and re-enter game not fixing issue, having to restart story to see if that works.

Hello ! We finally found the root cause and this will be fixed in 1.0.5, the fix will be retroactive so your save will progress :] (after 90s in-game)

Hi ! Still not v1.0.5 on Steam 15 days after. Can we hope have this soon ? I really want to play but still stuck in this chapter 3 :(

The 1.0.5 solved the problem ! Thanks !
