Specialist occasionally skipping treatment animations

Happended a few times now with Twiggy. A patient would come in a room with Twiggy as the assigned doctor. The patient would take their place. The treatment would immediatly finish. No animation whatsoever, no time passed. Seems inconsistent when it happend. I cannot get it to trigger reliably. Im mostly making this topic in the hope some else can contribute/confirm.
