Hungry Doctor stuck

Doctor is hungry and I moved him manually on an available vending machine but he does not move and does not use the vending machine, while successively getting more unhappy.

P.S. Tried to fire the mob, it is has the fired flame on top but is still stuck. I cannot teleport it from the location.
