It was not possible at the time as fa38e3ff7c had save debug broken. I do not have the old save.

How is save game gonna help when it's clearly UI issue?

Thank you for another report! Like in the other threads, I am asking you to provide game logs, and instructions how to generate them can be found HERE. 

Once we have that, our team will look for solution to fix this visual bug.
