Thank you for another report! Patients definitely should not be floating like that! Please provide us with game files which you should be able to generate by following instructions in this THREAD. Once I have that, I will forward it to our team!

It was not possible at the time as fa38e3ff7c had save debug broken. I do not have the old save.
