Please note, I have this error on a 10th gen intel desktop with rtx 2080. The suggested workaround, disconnecting the internet, is successful.

Hi Dhuges0914,

I'm pleased to report that the upcoming Patch 2.0.8 should resolve this issue entirely. It's not yet on the default Steam branch but is available as a beta. How to: Access the Debug Branch on Steam.

Thanks for dropping these in with us. We're still investigating right now. Hopefully we can find a better solution.
