Just bought, game cannot launch. Black screen forever. Windows7

Just bought on steam, game cannot launch. 

Black screen forever on launch. Tried to launch from steam shortcut or from the WFTO.exe and WFTOgame.exe all the same.

Computer is Asus N71JQ (ATI Mobility™ Radeon® HD5730).

Windows7.

.Net framework 4.8 installed.
