We can only show one range but the activation effect got priority over the passive effect in such case.

Are you sure you can only show one range? Because, for example, the Infernal Urn displays both ranges in its white circle: The range of the flames and the range of its manually activated power of eating normal Ember Demons + brimstone conversion + sell enemy Underminers.

In any case, do you want the save?

There is now a second ring that matches the active effect area

Oh, the report wasnt just that you cant see both ranges, its that the passive effect is larger than what is rendered with the white circle, that is why you see 2 enemy minions being slowed despite not being near the white circle area. Things are being slowed down before even entering the slowdown area.

On my first image and your image, you see the passive effect range is 3 tiles after the center on theory, on practice its 5 tiles wide and you can see on the enemy feet they are being affected by it outside the theoretical white ring. The blue line is the actual range, up to the center of the 5th tile.

Good job on the dual range display though.
