Mutator Sin Summonig cost increase not increasing excessive Sin Cap to Summon Titans Later
When using the Mutator to increase the Titan summonig cost from 3 to like 4, the Sin Cap after all Research Options have been picked will stay at 3, making it impossible to summon a (New) Titan at this point.
