Hello sqcmd,

seems you must be using a system language which doesn't use the dot(.) as decimal separator for floating point numbers.

We forgot about that this case can actually happen, but in C# this is just all done under the roof automatically even if unwanted.
We changed it now to parse numbers based on an "invariant culture" which should resolve this issue for next update.

Thanks for pointing us to this mistake.

I have loaded your save game and it looks like there are just enemy spirit workers which repair rooms you try to claim.

While this is odd, it isn't a bug technically.

You can claim the rooms if you remove more walls to get more access points for your workers to claim it and use Obey and build Conduits to support competing against the enemy spirit workers.
Outposts can only claim neutral tiles, but no enemy tiles. So placing them into a door way doesn't help claiming the empire rooms.

Here a screenshot how I removed one wall and placed conduits which allowed me to claim it.

I tried with multiple rooms and lightning awas always working after claiming a room with enemy units in it.

Could it be you have misread the situation, eg. you had no mana, you didn't really own the room or just only a part of it but not the part with the enemy units or the units you were targeting are immune to lightning eg. they were prisoners, gold statues, spirits or spirit workers?

I found a little mistake in code preventing this, but since it is hard to reproduce I can not be 100% sure if it is fixed.

Please let us know if it isn't fixed next minor patch.

Cheers.
