How to: create a dxdiag.exe file

This feature is used to collect information about devices to help troubleshoot problems with DirectX sound and video.

Step by Step

1. In Windows, select Start and enter dxdiag into the search box on the taskbar.
2. Select dxdiag from the results.
3. Select Save All Information... for an easily shared format.
