Save file keeps deleting

I am having issues with level 11 not saving. Twice now I have partly completed the level,  manually saved then exited. The next time I went to load the level, it had wiped the save data. Thinking that the first time may have been a glitch, I made sure everything saved before exiting the second time. Annoyingly the level has failed to save again. No error messages to report. Game is fully updated.
