Bug with quest // Treat Emergency Patients

• The bug is within the first level. 
• Treat Emergency Patients is what I am unable to get past. 
• The last 'patient' is not able to be treated, the patient is glitched, going into the room for 'treatment' standing in front of the machine, but the machine does not move or acknowledge the NPC in front of it. 
• The NPC doesn't walk around it just teleports. 
• I have tried restarting my Xbox (Series X) to clear it from any memory, I have ensured the game itself has been closed out and reopened.
• This bugged NPC not being able to be treated is preventing me from progressing in the game.
