Thanks for sending this over to us and I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with starting up the game! I see that you downloaded Galacticare yesterday. Have you been able to log into the game since?

Additionally, have you tried verifying your files? We have a guide on how to do this here. If you've done this and you're still having issues, please let me know!
