The dialogue lines played (and shown) for the second and third set of mutations have been mixed up; when you get Crimson Curse they talk about Voxelitis, and when you finally get to Voxelitis they talk about Crimson Curse.

It'll be a couple of days at least; I'm currently using that level to work on the achievement for fully researching all diseases, and I'd have to restart the place to 'go back in time' to when the mixup happens.
