Consultants bar UI shows locked in chapter 11
In chapter 11 I get all 6 consultants at the start, and they are working fine. Their bar though seems bugged, and showing only a padlock icon, so I cannot access the consultants from here, only from the consultants menu. Which is not a big deal, just making more complicated on check their personal quests. Except the bug guy. The bug guy is not bugged. Not sure if he is a bug then or not a bug. I ask HEAL
