Visual bug: unlocked reward still has locked icon

It happened with the Transport Tycoon art, but probably not item related. I finished the chapter, and unlocked the art. The item is usable, but the lock icon is still on. Saving and loading again solved it.

happening with patients as well. I just got a bunch of them with a train, multiple of them are faceless. Maybe the pause function stopping the load, and then cannot recover?

Reloading the game solved it.
