Bug- transport tycoon

As soon as it leads my chapter, BAZ menu pops up and no way to close it. He has no goods for sale.  I've closed and reopened game, I've reset the chapter. Nothing works.  Also when I go to the galactic exchange, I cannot purchase anything, including the one that is $0.

As soon as game loads into chapter 3,BAZ many pops up, no way to close it. You cannot play anything when this pops up either.  I have reset game and reset chapter, it doesn't change anything.   Also when I go to Galactic Exchange, I can't buy anything including the $0 item17222258182312663487956444975396.jpg
