Mouse is glitching

Hi, I have the following issue: while in game (and only in Galacticare), mouse keeps moving as if I am touching the scroll wheel. Aka I am trying to build a new facility, but my mouse and then the entire screen keeps moving away, so I can barely finish the building (without curcing & rebooting the game).

I have Win 11, Dell Latitude 7320, Intel Iris Xe.
