PS5 - guests getting stuck on all teleport pads

Most current version of the game for PS5. During the train station level a guest was teleporting and somehow got stuck. This made all of the other guests using any teleport pad get stuck. The guests had all of their needs lowered or the ones that needed treatment died. This issue also caused the “stairs” to get guests stuck on them as well. Deleting the teleport pads did not solve the issue. After the second time playing the level with the issue, I didn’t use the teleport pads and the level worked fine.
