Cannot make Galactic Exchange purchase on XBOX

Do you know what date the Galactic Exchange problem issue will be fixed for Xbox? Once you reach certain levels, it would be nice if you could purchase items that can help your hospital rating. I feel like the gameplay is very much lacking due to this bug.

Hey Jessica, unfortunately I do not have any updates for you at this time. I understand you would like to have it fixed to have better experience but I have to ask you for a little more patience. Our team is doing everything they can to have it fixed as soon as possible.

I had that issue on PlayStation 5. When you boot the game up, before going into a level it lets me buy those items. It doesn’t let me buy anything when I am actually in a level, it takes a lot of planning unfortunately.
