I apologize if my previous message provided you only with annoyance, our team thought it would help with making the game launch while attempting to have your saved data still available. I understand you would love to keep your save file intact, but as the problem is occurring on PS5, our resources are limited.

I ended up deleting my save file and the game booted up. Luckily, I don’t mind replaying 90% of the game lol

I am unsure what you are asking me to try.
I did delete my save file and then launch the game. It launches fine. I then downloaded my save file from the PS cloud and tried launching the game. Same problem occured. Seems like it is an issue with the save file. Don't want to lose all my progress if possible.
Guys, could you please try the following if you have lost your saves on PS5:https://www.playstation.com/en-au/support/hardware/ps5-manage-storage-space/#space. These instructions will allow your console to try to recover your saved content from the deadlock.

The problem is, my game has always been on my M.2 SS drive with 1Tb of space left on it. So I don’t know that it makes sense for it to be running out of space. I can try the other solutions, but it allowed the game to save a file after the save issue. I stopped playing right after the last patch because I didn’t want an issue to happen again unless I played the whole level. I turned the game on for about 15min on Monday and it opened fine and played a level, but when I tried to open it the following day I go the load screen error.
Sorry but i dont know what i'm supposed to try:
Move games to USB extended storage
Move games to M.2 SSD storage
Delete games and applications
I dont understand how any of those options could help but maybe I just don't see what you meant.
There are 200 GB storage left on the PS5. The save file is not lost, it has 576 MB, dowloading the cloud save did not fix the issue. I'm stuck on the loading screen forever. Rebuilding the database did not help, neither did it help to clear the cache in safe mode. All i can do is delete the save file and start over again I guess.

Same, I was playing it last night and it randomly bricked the game. Has been on the load screen for 10min. This also comes after the bad save files from the previous version of the game. I really hope they get it together because I enjoyed the game while it worked. It feels like the PS5 version is way too buggy.
Same problem here on PS5. I was able to start the game right after the patch but today i cant get past the loading screen. Before the patch the game ruined my save files and now i cant even play anymore, i'm getting slightly frustrated.
